The worst service I have dealt with in years. My car (2020 ford edge) was towed in 2 weeks ago for a lost key, they ordered and received the key a week and a half ago and the tech cannot figure o My car (2020 ford edge) was towed in 2 weeks ago for a lost key, they ordered and received the key a week and a half ago and the tech cannot figure out how to program the key to the car. They have promised my car to me 4 different days with diff excuses. Isn’t this a ford dealer? 2 weeks for a key Fob? Please take your car anywhere else. More
