Beyond Amazing I can not express how impressed I was with the entire Pellegrino team. From John and Jennifer, my sales people to Anthony, Chuck, Brian and forgive me I can not express how impressed I was with the entire Pellegrino team. From John and Jennifer, my sales people to Anthony, Chuck, Brian and forgive me for forgetting his name but the insurance manager were all so easy to work with. They had my new Jeep ready to go and all of my paperwork done before I even got to the dealership to pick it up. All I had to do was sign my paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. HORRIBLE AND MISLEADING They promised us lube for life ,after servicing our 2012 Durango the engine failed and lost oil pressure and was towed to their shop. They replaced the engine oil cooler assembly but the engine will not start, they check and find out that the engine was damaged, they decided to charged us for the engine. NOTE:FROM DATE WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE NO ONE HAVE CHANGE THE ENGINE OIL...….ACCEPT PELLEGRINO SHOP . More

I’m not a fan of car shopping, I always dread the experience but I would definitely go back to this dealership the next time I am in the market for a car. Jennifer was very nice and helpful. She found the car that was right for me based on my list of wants and needs. I didn’t feel pressured, they gave me quotes with no issues. The sales manager was also very nice, I think his name was Brian. I wasn’t able to take my car home that day but they gave me a brand new Jeep Compass as a rental until my car was ready. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
