After making the rounds you get pretty tired of the BS. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Pellegrino. I got No Runaround, No BS and really friendly attention. Not pushy either. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service from everyone I encountered at the dealership. Russell Abate found exactly the car I wanted with all the right options and had it on the lot in record time. He and Anthony Pinto were not only professional but down to earth and friendly. I never felt like I was being held hostage to buy a car from them (unlike many area dealerships). My salesperson was Jennifer Toce and she was awesome. She is knowledgeable and a hard worker. Pellegrino has earned my business and loyalty. By the way, I purchased a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and I am extremely happy with it. More

During my first visit to the dealership I worked with Glenn. Despite it being the coldest day of the year, Glenn was happy to accommodate a test drive. He was very personable and I enjoyed his sense of humor. I also met Anthony during this visit. He was pleasant and presented information without any sales pressure. On my final visit to Pellegrino I worked with Jennifer. She was fantastic- fun to be around and made the process very enjoyable. The overall purchase process was easy, quick and well organized. I worked with several other friendly staff (Brian, Joe and others) and Jennifer introduced me to the various service departments available. Before leaving Jennifer also answered all of my questions and we reviewed the vehicle features. At no time was I pressured or rushed into making a purchase. If you approach the sales team as an informed customer they will work with you on a deal that is competitive and reasonable, all while treating you with respect. I was treated like a person, and was treated with such respect and kindness. Our sales person was so very nice, her name is Jennifer Toce. Jennifer was kind and took her time with me and explained everything very clearly. I can not say enough about how kind she was. I would come back and buy another car from Jennifer any time I need one. Everyone we had to see to make this deal was the nicest and very respectful to us through the whole time. We will absolutely send anyone we know who is looking for a vehicle to Pellegrino Jeep. It was just a great experience. More
