My experience with the salesman Jesus was very disappointing. He was unprofessional and refused to honor the agreed-upon out-the-door price unless we financed through the dealership. Even though we were still willing to buy the car without the college rebate or their financing, he wouldn’t let us use our own loan. Jesus could have informed us before I he ran our credit * that if we didn't use their financing we would have pay more for the car.* His demeanor and body language were dismissive and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I was willing to negotiate. Thankfully, we went to Courtesy Toyota of Brandon, where the process was simple, transparent, and professional from start to finish.
