I would have to say Luther Westside VW was a great time and buying experience for us we got two cars that day one new and another used! Brad D. in the new car side was great and super fun and friendly knew and buying experience for us we got two cars that day one new and another used! These guys were amazing! I drive through the lot earlier in the day and saw my Cross Sport. I came back close to closing time for a test drive without an appointment. These guys made the test drive happen AND helped with the sale even after closing. I felt bad keeping them there but they all had positive attitudes and were truly excited to be there for me! We experienced a lot of “mistakes” by the staff while shopping and buying our car. 1) The price written on the car was several thousand dollars below the actual price…oops. 2) There were 2-4 sales people shopping and buying our car. 1) The price written on the car was several thousand dollars below the actual price…oops. 2) There were 2-4 sales people waiting for customers but there were only 2 finance people and we had to wait almost an hour to do our paperwork…no lunch for us. 3) We purchased a protective package that had to be installed at a later time. When I showed up to drop the car off, they had set the loaner and appointment up incorrectly and acted like it was my fault and made me feel like a burden instead of a valued customer. While we absolutely LOVE our new car, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. More
