These guys were amazing! I drive through the lot earlier in the day and saw my Cross Sport. I came back close to closing time for a test drive without an appointment. We experienced a lot of “mistakes” by the staff while shopping and buying our car. 1) The price written on the car was several thousand dollars below the actual price…oops. 2) There were 2-4 sales people shopping and buying our car. 1) The price written on the car was several thousand dollars below the actual price…oops. 2) There were 2-4 sales people waiting for customers but there were only 2 finance people and we had to wait almost an hour to do our paperwork…no lunch for us. 3) We purchased a protective package that had to be installed at a later time. When I showed up to drop the car off, they had set the loaner and appointment up incorrectly and acted like it was my fault and made me feel like a burden instead of a valued customer. While we absolutely LOVE our new car, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. More
