I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the dealership's service department. My 2024 Wagoneer was brought in for two recall repairs, and I received it back in significantly worse condi from the dealership's service department. My 2024 Wagoneer was brought in for two recall repairs, and I received it back in significantly worse condition than when I dropped it off. The vehicle's paint was scratched during the repair process, and the interior driver's door panel was also scratched and damaged. To make matters worse, the driver's door panel was not even reattached properly after the work was completed. The interior of the vehicle was left filthy, with mud throughout both the driver and passenger floor areas and on the door panels. After discovering these issues, I was forced to make an unnecessary second trip back to the dealership the very next day. Only after this return visit was the vehicle cleaned. Despite the inconvenience of making two trips in two days due to mistakes made by the service department, no effort was made to compensate me for my time, fuel, or frustration. There was no apology beyond the bare minimum and no gesture of goodwill offered. This level of care and attention is completely unacceptable, especially for a nearly new 2024 Wagoneer. Customers should not have to inspect for damage caused by the dealership, return for corrective work, and still leave feeling ignored and undervalued. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were all far below expectations. I have lost confidence in this service department and would not recommend it to anyone seeking professional vehicle care. More

Great people to work with, very friendly, great communication. David the service manager was very helpful to get my truck in quickly and then he even dealt with the warranty company to get the afte communication.
