My oil change was supposed to only take a couple hours. I was not called when it was done and had to call in myself after 4pm when I had an appt for service at 8am. Do who knows when my car was actually done was not called when it was done and had to call in myself after 4pm when I had an appt for service at 8am. Do who knows when my car was actually done and for how long. They didnt even rotate my tires but said they did. All cars are supposed to go through the wash as well after maintenance and mine did not. Not entirely happy with service as Ive received better before. More

Gateway’s prices were the best I could find in the valley. The sales person I dealt with was Jose Gonzales.
