Normally I would give a 5-star rating, because I have never had any issues with anything till now. However, with my last oil change I also had my tires rotated. I don't think it was done properly. The driver's side front tire was moved to the driver side back position instead of to the passenger side. The reason I know this is because the tire on the driver side front needed to be repaired. The mechanic at Kia supposedly fixed the tire. It should have been put on the passenger back side. The next morning, we went out to leave for vacation and the tire on the driver's side back was flat. I put air in the tire went to Dumbalds tire service in Somerset. They showed me the tire, and it was the tire that was fixed the day before. I ended up having to buy a new tire from Dumbalds, because it probably would have blown out. More
