I was told over the phone that the vehicle I purchased
has no damage. Upon receiving the vehicle the driver side dashboard has thousands of dollars of damage in warped leather that needs to be fixed. Mana

Manager Sean Monahan has assured me that this will be fixed. I have sent him the quote from the dodge dealer as requested and I am now waiting for the parts to be ordered. This should have been disclosed during sale especially since I specifically asked if any damage should be noted or mentioned on the inside. Jeremy said no and sent no pictures clearly showing the thousands in damage. The paper work says two working key fobs.. 1 works the other is missing half the fob and has dog chew marks all over the rest. I thought this was a joke. Thirdly. My wife found a loaded handgun tucked under the passenger seat during our first drive in the new 'cleaned' truck. We then had to drive to our local police station and have them create a report/ take custody of the loaded firearm. We are still waiting for a full resolution to all of this and want this leather ordered asap. I spent $73,147 cash and this has been such a disappointing experience all around. Praying this dealership picks up the ball and does the right thing here.

I notified the salesperson within hours of leaving the lot and provided clear documentation. I received no acknowledgement or response for more than 48 hours. The lack of disclosure about safety-related defects, combined with the complete absence of post-sale communication, reflects systemic process failures. A dealership should, at minimum, acknowledge a customer reporting delivery-day issues. That did not happen here. I resolved the issues independently, but the dealership’s silence raised legitimate concerns about transparency, internal accountability, and basic customer support standards. This experience indicates a need for significant improvement in post-sale responsiveness and operational oversight. Deceptive.
