Service section plunged in a scan tool, made up a bill for diagnostics, and said we can not charge it we have to get a charger sent from ford your battery is dead. Total incompetence, but pay the cashier cause we plugged in the scan tool and got the diagnostics that we can not give you a copy of for your hybrid. More
