What separates a great company from an average or bad company is how it handles the situation when a mistake happens.
Recently, while my truck was being serviced, it was damaged. Not carelessly, just an unfortunate chain of events, an accident.
I was promptly informed about the incident, and the dealership took responsibility without double talk or fence-walking. They owned it and wanted to make it right.
'The two Managers I dealt with kept their word, treated me with respect, and we worked towards a resolution.
"Things" happen, and I appreciate how the two managers handled a negative situation.
I would not hesitate to use the Service department or buy a car from this dealer. As a side note, I must mention that this dealership is owned by a long-time local family, not an out-of-town conglomerate, which is likely one of the reasons they have the proper attitude when it comes to treating people right when things don't go as planned.
