It is hard to rate the service department. The advisor I get when I come for an appointment is always nice. However, making the appointment is always with someone different and that is not a The advisor I get when I come for an appointment is always nice. However, making the appointment is always with someone different and that is not a pleasant experience. Twice now I have not been able to utilize having a loaner vehicle like I was sold on. This last time I was told I would get one and when I came for my appointment I was told there were not any. This was inconvenient because I had to change my work schedule and be late in order to wait on my vehicle. Its frustrating when you are told you have a service and make an appointment expecting something and then it doesn't happen. Nowadays you are pretty much handled with the "I am sorry but deal with attitude because it is what it is". Honestly, if it wasn't for my service being covered under contract I would probably not schedule service to avoid all of the frustration. I really like the people have I worked with. I don't want it to reflect badly on them because they are all very nice it seems like there is always an issue. I really like the dealership, last time I had an issue is was taken care of immediately and easily and it was so wonderful. Makes it so hard to rate things accurately. More

Work was completed in satisfactory manner, however the oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours to complete. Car was brought in for 7:30am appointment and was not brought back to bay until 9:00am. I'm not sure what the point of making an appointment if the vehicle will just sit for over an hour. More
