Took my Buick in twice for the same issue, they had it almost a week each time and couldn't even diagnose it. The first week they had it they told me I needed a new battery because mine was so week they almost a week each time and couldn't even diagnose it. The first week they had it they told me I needed a new battery because mine was so week they couldn't get the check engine light to come back on after they cleared it. Hadn't been having a battery problem before. Cost was $249, for a battery. Told them I could take to Walmart and get one for less so I was told I could come get it and get Walmart battery and bring it back so they could diagnose it. Too much for us since we live so far away so we told them to go ahead with their battery. Next day I got ad in mail from Buick that batteries are $149. Instead of offering us a lower priced battery they were willing to let me go get one elsewhere. They said the battery may even be why the engine light was coming on AND THEY TEST DROVE IT 57 MILES TO TRY TO GET THE LIGHT TO COME BACK ON. What were they doing, running errands..... in Ft Walton? Of course it wasn't the battery, so I was back a second time. They had it almost a week and I finally got tired of waiting, picked it up, took it to Mack's Auto Tech and THEY had it diagnosed and gave me an estimate in ONE DAY! It was fixed and ready the next day. Don't waste your time at this dealership. They did call to let me know they were looking at it "off and on". What does that even mean? I used them for many years but service has gone WAY down hill. More

Your service itself was exceptional as always; especially in the hands of Jeremy Cadle; HOWEVER, your on-line scheduling system still does not work. I scheduled my appointment online, but found when I arriv in the hands of Jeremy Cadle; HOWEVER, your on-line scheduling system still does not work. I scheduled my appointment online, but found when I arrived at my scheduled time that there was no record of it. This has been a continuing problem that I have identified before and apparently no one cares enough to fix it. More

Was handed a list of stuff wrong with the vehicle that needed to be fixed. Will not come back there to continue the services. We’ll go to Walmart to get my tire fixed or replaced. Been there twice where you did not have Lugnuts or lightbulbs to fix the problem with my car. If you can’t supply the parts to fix these vehicles that you sell then don’t sell them More

Brock is very informative and non "pushy" salesman, a good experience with him, in purchasing my wife's car.
