Everything was done to the truck accept for the tire rotation which was on my coupon book that i brought in to the service department. It was over looked because on the initial call i asked for an oil rotation which was on my coupon book that i brought in to the service department. It was over looked because on the initial call i asked for an oil change and did not have my coupon book in hand. Upon arrival. I showed it to the person assisting me and said it also covered the tire rotation. I even called the service department to make sure it was getting done and who ever answered the phone assured me it would be done. Oh well. Wasn't a big deal but you asked so i provided the feedback. Look forward to the next maintenance visit. More
