Got a front end alignment. Made it a quarter mile down the road and realized I had to have the steering wheel turned at about 20 degrees for it to go straight. I used to rate this service center very high. But, since Jan 21 it has taken two days to get my car in the shop just to troubleshoot the problem. On Aug 27, 2021 (8:15am) I came in for an oil change on my 2017 GMC Acadia. I was told they would get me in as soon as they could. hour and 40 minutes later they told me it was ready.... I guess they are still short handed. More

This was a re-visit because during my oil change 3 weeks ago my truck was leaking oil because the Oil Filter was not put on tight enough. To add problems after I noticed the leak and called the Dealership, ago my truck was leaking oil because the Oil Filter was not put on tight enough. Brought in my 2019 Chevy pickup to have a scan done on it due to the check engine light that came on. I was told that it was caused by a temp sensor that went bad and needed to get replaced. They were really fast at getting the diagnosis completed and to let me know what part that needed to get ordered. However, I have not heard anything back letting me know that the part has come in.
