Jeremy made the car buying process pain free. I don’t know if I have enough words to describe how incredible our experience was at this dealership. We got the pleasure of meeting Jeremy our salesman a few months ago when we originally test drove a incredible our experience was at this dealership. We got the pleasure of meeting Jeremy our salesman a few months ago when we originally test drove a Sorento that we fell in love with but was unfortunately out of our price point. I went back recently to talk to Jeremy again about trading in my truck for a Sorento but he was on lunch. His coworker Marc was SUPER helpful and answered any questions I had and gave me his best advice to come back with my husband the next day and Jeremy would be able to help us run numbers. We called the next day and set up an appointment with Jeremy to look at more Sorento's. When we got there Jeremy had a few different Sorento's waiting for us and even remembered us from the few months prior. We test drove one and of course fell in love again. When we finally decided to go ahead and run numbers to see where we would be at on our trade in, it was honestly one of the easiest experiences we’ve ever had. Jeremy did not run our credit right away in case we couldn’t make numbers meet. Jeremy did everything he could to get our numbers as close as humanly possible to where we needed to be. This is where his boss E.T. came in and once again another SUPER helpful and down to earth person. E.T. came over to meet us, he shook our hands, asked if we were happy with our numbers and if there was anything he could do to make us happy if we weren’t. Of course we were happy so we simply thanked him for working with us and helping us make our dream come true of owning a Sorento. E.T. and Jeremy both stopped us and said “no thank you for your business and giving us the chance to make your dreams come true”. We were treated with the upmost respect and most importantly we were treated like normal human beings. Not once did we feel pressured, annoyed, or hounded to make a decision. We were so happy with our entire experience that not even 24hrs after buying the car I sent someone over to meet Jeremy and to look at some vehicles. I will forever be grateful for the time we got to spend with each and every person at Mike Murphy Kia. They officially have customers for life. Thank you again Jeremy, E.T., and Marc for everything y’all did for the Peterson’s. More
