I had dropped off my Malibu Thursday evening and requested service for Friday. I was notified by George at 8:30 that the service was complete. When I arrived, I asked if there was any way that I cou requested service for Friday. I was notified by George at 8:30 that the service was complete. When I arrived, I asked if there was any way that I could get my truck serviced and have the brakes checked due to vibration in the steering column when engaging. Mike said he would try his best to make it happen. Mike called me at 4:00 and said that the work was complete. Both George and Mike did a great job handling my service needs. Waited two hours for an oil change. Came before lunch at approximately 9:30-10am and was informed to come back at 1:30. I’ve been doing business for 20 years and never had this issue. I suppose it’s just turned into a cluster with not having enough service guys. Now waiting for a phone call to set an appointment when part comes in for heated steering. I guess I’ll have to call back and check on this as well. Letter I received said part was in stock just call dealer and set appointment. Oh well, it’s a nice day in the hood. More
