My vehicle was towed to you with electrical problems as well as body damage due to my accident. You failed to fix electrical problems. I had to bring my vehicle back to be repaired properly only to be char well as body damage due to my accident. You failed to fix electrical problems. I had to bring my vehicle back to be repaired properly only to be charged more money as it mysteriously wasn’t the cause of the accident. Even though I’ve never had a single issue before the accident. The body repairs on my vehicle are sloppy as the lines are not even close to lined up. Damage to my front bumper wasn’t even touched. I’ve decided to live with the unprofessional work from your shop as I need my vehicle. Also, I was lied to by your staff in regards to the status of my vehicle after the 3rd day on the second attempt at ripping me off. “They’re working on it now”. I then went to my vehicle which I found parked in the exact position I left it in days before. On top of all this, you weren’t supposed to fix it the second time around, you were specifically told to find the cause and get back to me or my insurance to verify cause. You then “fixed” it and charged me. No one there listens to customers and no one there communicates with each other. Very poorly ran. Never again, will I or anyone in my family ever cross the threshold of Lynn Layton Chevrolet. More
