I took it in with a check engine light and the code of a misfire and they called the next day to say it needed an intake cleaning. My truck is barely 3 yrs old oil changes on time and after I called my husband who has worked on cars for years said there was no way it needed an intake clean I declined service because it was going to be a charge of $334 and I have extended warranty. So it seems like they are just giving a reason to make money and that is not how Lynn Layton has ever done business but for the past year it has not been the same. I had to take my truck to the Florence location to get a noise complaint fixed that lynn Layton said was my bed cover but I’m 30 min the other place found out it was a broken axel so that’s concerning. On a brighter side, the service writer Ben is always very friendly and extremely helpful. More
