Best Customer Service and Service Advisor I have had my 2017 Nissan Maxima for almost seventeen months, and I cannot say enough about Nissan of Gadsden, Alabama Service Department. Jason Smith I have had my 2017 Nissan Maxima for almost seventeen months, and I cannot say enough about Nissan of Gadsden, Alabama Service Department. Jason Smith, the Service Advisor, is always making sure my car needs are taken care of without making me feel pressured or that my care service is not overpriced. Many times, females are taking advantage of due to their lack of knowledge of what their vehicle needs, but I cannot say that about Nissan of Gadsden. This time, I was able to watch a screen in the lobby which kept me updated from the time I arrived after my appointment and my car service was completed. How Cool! The lobby area is always filled with snacks and something to stay hydrated while waiting. Thank you Nissan of Gadsden, and Jason Smith for being the BEST! Oh one other important thing, the point system is AWESOME! It accumulates points to dollars for every dollar you spend (even for the mandatory things you already need such as tire rotation, oil changed, etc.) in keeping your vehicle maintenance. So you can use your points on the next time you visit as a discount on current service needs. But that’s if you chose to, because you can let them build up. More
