The sign of a great sales person is how they treat you when you're not actively buying anything. Steve Rodgers not only provided excellent service when I initailly purchased my Jaguar from him, but he re when you're not actively buying anything. Steve Rodgers not only provided excellent service when I initailly purchased my Jaguar from him, but he remembered & recognized me when I came back a year later to have it serviced, giving me the same VIP treatment as before, even though nothing was on the line.
