I was expecting the car to be detailed, small scratches buffed out and finished as we were told when we purchased it.He told us it was ready to be picked up and all the scratches weren't even buffed out an buffed out and finished as we were told when we purchased it.He told us it was ready to be picked up and all the scratches weren't even buffed out and the one piece that was fixed had to dry first before touching up! Still had wax on it! Had to bring it back,leave it,find rides and they didn't even buff it out again!!! The interior wasn't even done!!! The mirrors were even dirty!!! Salesman was very nice until he made the sale! Then he was rude and said I was unrealistic about my expectations of having my daughters new car cleaned n buffed out! I can't believe that you spend so much money and they don't even do the job properly! I would have waited to pick it up. I also specifically asked to make sure everything was done and all the paperwork was ready when we arrived! They didn't seem very professional and acted like it was their 1st time selling a car! I had to ask them to get the books for her car again! Was planning on sending a few other people to you I know but I wouldn't now! I was also going to get my oil changes n any service done there but not very satisfied with the service I already received!!! More
