Purchased Lease Return -- Happy! My husband and I were looking into what would be a better option for us leasing or purchasing. We had heard about D & M on The Ticket for many years a My husband and I were looking into what would be a better option for us leasing or purchasing. We had heard about D & M on The Ticket for many years and thought we would reach out and see what would be the better. We spoke with Mildred and gave her our parameters and told her we were open to leasing or purchasing which ever ended up being a better option for us since we tend to keep our cars for 10 years or more. She came back 2 days later with leasing options only. We were a little frustrated and I think she could tell. She explained that she was new to D & M and to bare with her. She went and got Jeremy Moore on the phone and he pulled up 2-3 options for us immediately for purchase since we keep our cars for so long. We ended up coming in the next day and purchasing our Ford Explorer Sport. Overall it was a good experience in the end because we ended up getting more than we thought we would get. They both answered every question we had the day we signed. They even took the time to get all of the paper work ready for us before we got there because we had our two small children with us. The whole process took less than an hour... who can say that about a standard car dealership? We drove away very happy. We will definitely be using them again in the future. More

He got us approved within a day, and then the challenge was on to find just the exact truck we were in search of for our business. He did find it and worked hard to get one here in timely manner.
