It was our first time leasing a car and he explained the process to us in great detail to help us understand. We had a lot of questions about which car to get and he gave us a lot of good advice. Whenever we asked anything that he didn't have an immediate answer for, he would research it and get back to us within a day's time. He was always patient with all our questions and when we were undecided, he never pressured us. When we finally decided on a car, he delivered it to our door and walked us through all the paperwork. The entire customer service experience was excellent. In fact, I've already recommended Jeremy to two other friends that are thinking of getting a car. More

I had a few questions once the transaction was completed and Jeremy Moore at D&M was still just as personable and accessible as he was before I signed my lease. Also, I noticed that my car did not come with a cargo cover that I had initially wanted but forgot about when I got my vehicle. I called Jeremy to ask about getting a cover, and even said I would pay for it out of pocket if need be. Jeremy got me the cover in about a week, at no cost, and had a runner from D&M bring it to my office so I didn't have to go out of my way. I can't imagine a better car buying experience. More
