Jerry Roberts, Jeremy Reeves, and Jeremy Stasek at Woody Buick are a very dynamic dealership team: they were professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. My salesperson, Jeremy Reeves, provided excellent follow-up support and was always willing to answer any questions about my vehicle. For example, he patiently explained and showed me how to use the advanced safety features. Since leasing the vehicle, multiple strangers have complimented me on it. It is also a very smooth and enjoyable ride. The safety features, such as the blind-spot monitoring and lane-keeping assist, provide peace of mind, and the spacious interior meets all my needs perfectly. I needed to complete a lease buyout for my GMC Acadia before the end of June. I originally leased it from Zimbrick in Madison and they were not able to complete my lease buyout due to being affected by before the end of June. They suggested I go to the Woody dealership in Gurnee to see if they could help get it completed. Jeremey Reeves and Carlos Bermudez jumped right in to help and were able to get the lease buyout completed. They both made the process very easy and painless. They both were very easy going, have a great sense of humor and wonderful to work with. If you need to purchase a car, I highly recommend working with Jeremy and Carlos! You will have a wonderful experience working with them. More
