I would strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business with Rock Hill GMC in South Carolina. We agreed to a deal on a new vehicle, and apparently an agreement doesn’t mean much at this dealers business with Rock Hill GMC in South Carolina. We agreed to a deal on a new vehicle, and apparently an agreement doesn’t mean much at this dealership. After the terms were already agreed upon, they tried THREE separate times to change the deal. I’ve purchased plenty of vehicles over the years, so I fully understand how vehicle negotiations work. What I don’t accept is agreeing to terms and then repeatedly trying to move the goalposts afterward. If Rock Hill GMC wasn’t willing to honor the deal they agreed to, they never should have made the agreement in the first place. By the third attempt to change the deal, I had completely lost confidence in anything I was being told. It was unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time. There are too many dealerships out there that will actually stand behind their word. Based on my experience with Rock Hill GMC, I would take my business somewhere else. More

Rock Hill GMC had always been great to me, both sales and service. I actually switched from a different GMC dealer for service because they acted like they were doing me a favor anytime I came in for servic service.
