Although there were some recent issues over the past few months with the service department, this time I reached out to the General Manager before scheduling an appointment for service. I seek excellent customer service as it is a huge plus for customers along with the service provided. I was astonished to see this change so soon. Dan provided a run down on what the issue may have been and when I went in to receive the service - just PHENOMENAL!! Lucas greeted me with a smile and provided excellent detailed information on the plan of the sequence of steps he was going to take to find and resolve the issue. This information included a recollection and knowledge of my service warranty coverage, and a time frame of service completion once the cause of the issue was revealed. All were completed in less than two hours. You can't ask for better care than this. THAT IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!! I'm a very happy Chevy Queen! Thanks for your continued support and service. More
