She switched out the key FOBs several times so that we could get a look inside at several of the trim details. We went back and forth between a Sorento and a Sportage model, but Brittany never hesitated in being complimentary and giving us the attention to detail that we (as new customers) deserved. The finance department (sorry, I do remember the gentlemen's name) was very thorough and answered all our questions. We didn't pick up any of the maintenance/extended warranty addons, however it was nice to have them explained to us. We really appreciate his professionalism. More
