Worst decision of my car buying experience. Went in looking for a new or newly used dodge or jeep brand suv and they pointed me in the direction of a VW tiguan because they said the sale on the vehicle looking for a new or newly used dodge or jeep brand suv and they pointed me in the direction of a VW tiguan because they said the sale on the vehicle was much better than on the dodge or jeep brand. Then also said the resale value on the tiguan was far superior as well. So I took their advice and was a nightmare ever since. They have had my brand new vehicle in the shop longer than I expected had it in my possession. Twice they told me to continue driving it with the engine light on. Then I got a misfire code and didn't want to cause anymore damage to the engine or emissions so I took it back. They again told me to continue driving it until parts came available. I refused they gave me a rental vehicle and I worked directly with vwoa to get my tiguan replaced. They after several months they agreed to send me a 2021 to replace my 2020. So as I'm waiting for this vehicle to arrive I tried working with the dealership on a trade in wanting to go back to the dodge or jeep brand. They proceeded to tell me I have to take a loss on a vehicle that I haven't even taken ownership of and is still in the delivery process. So much for the resale value they bragged about huh. Also the car is poorly engineered very cheaply made in every aspect and apparently completely unreliable and now the dealership wants me to take a loss on a vehicle that hasn't even arrived at their dealership. I would suggest another dealership other than a boucher dealer. Also I chatted with their specialist about leaving a review with them and he asked if it was positive or not. I asked why that should matter and he said in order to proceed he needed to know. So their ratings on their website are from only positive reviews not as an overall review. I was actually bringing in my friends car who needed an oil change and few other things. He had spoken to Jericho but at the time I couldn't remember her name.. I told a young girl with dark hair at the service counter this. I asked if I was in the right area because I noticed when I parked the Volkswagen service area was across from where I was. I asked if I should go over there. The girl assured me that she would find out everything my friend had requested. She did not! They had only done the oil change and nothing else and told me the car was done.When I asked the girl at the counter if she checked on what my friend wanted done she was very rude. She said she did and that I now needed to go to the Volkswagen side because they don't check def there.or do some other things he wanted .I found out if she would have checked she would have sent me to the Volkswagen service when I got there. More

Plenty of waiting room. Took 1.5 hours on a Friday morning to get oil change. Car wash was terrible. Poor communication about what was going on and where we needed to be. Great service! I was well updated throughout the process. They noticed I was due for an oil change and took the time to see if I used my free one yet which I didn’t, so they changed my oil too. Bought my VW Passat TDI SEL premium in September from a separate dealer. It was in need of its 40000-mile service. Decided to take it to my nearest VW dealer and I'm very happy I did.
