Transparent with prices There is no transparency with the service charges and I rely on the service department to communicate the services needed/recommended. The "works" offer does not apply to all vehicles. I do not change my own oil, therefore, do not know how many quarts are needed for my car. That is why I bring it for service. When I inquired on why I would have the works, she treated me as if I should have known. There is a lack of clear communication with Jerico. She is always all over the place. I received messages regarding someone else's service for updates. When she applied coupons, she did not apply the most cost-savings option and claimed she didn't know all of the coupons. Jerico had numerous of the coupon mailers next to her when I dropped of my vehicle, which I had a copy of my own to apply. It raises concerns regarding her honesty and displays poor customer service.
