His knowledge, professionalism, approachability, welcoming demeanor, friendliness and overall genuine concern and receptiveness to the things I spoke to him about were fantastic. Jermaine took the time to listen to some concerns I had about a previous experience I had approx a year ago at Leith. I can't thank him enough for all that he did for me once again.
