He said he was going have a mechanic ride in the rear to see where it was coming from. They discover that the second row seat bracket was loose and was bolted down. They made the repairs and the noise went away. More

Ed is always around to personally welcome you. They even offer beverages and Danish should you have to wait. The Cadillac is a very special car. The best reason to buy one is to receive the Williamson service that comes with it. More

Oil change that took an hour and 1/2 This was my first visit for a service of my leased SUV from Williamson. I made the appointment and arrived on time. I was assured it wouldn’t take lon This was my first visit for a service of my leased SUV from Williamson. I made the appointment and arrived on time. I was assured it wouldn’t take long. My service advisor left and after an hour and 15 minutes I wondered where my 30 minute oil change was. I had to get up and ask where my car was. Turns out another service advisor had my car paper work and it was done but i had not been informed. I am highly disappointed in this visit and my service. Why did I bother making an appointment?? What was the point of that appointment time if I’m still going to end up waiting and having no priority? More
