Epitomizes what the best service is supposed to look like. Mike, the sales manager finished the 1-2 punch that sales and management should have! You easily notice the positive atmosphere in the dealership amongst all personnel. And finally, a finance guy that doesn’t wreck the deal. They were thorough about all the documents and had great attention to detail! The customer work they did to the Escalade IQ is immaculate. I now know where my Cadillac home is from now! More
