I am from out of town in a rental. I was charging the vehicle in the only compatible station in Altus. Jerome approached me, struck up a conversation, and noticed it was going to take I was charging the vehicle in the only compatible station in Altus. Jerome offered to pull the vehicle to the bay to see if another charger was compatible. He told me that I could bring the vehicle back the next morning and that they could provide transportation while the vehicle charged. This goes beyond car sales. Jerome knew I wasn’t buying a car, that I was in Altus for the weekend. He still took time to help me out and ensure that I was able to maximize my time in Altus. His willingness to assist others when he didn’t have to shows the depth of his character and is reflective of the staff that this dealership maintains. More
