Outstanding I came in because I was having mechanical problems with my 2010 Ford Edge which I bought new from Bob Allen. I expressed that I would rather trade it I came in because I was having mechanical problems with my 2010 Ford Edge which I bought new from Bob Allen. I expressed that I would rather trade it than deal with the mechanical issues to Jerome Toliver. I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he was able to put us in a 2017 Ford Edge. My wife was overwhelmed with joy. I have been a long time customer with Bob Allen Ford because of 5 star salesman like Jerome Toliver coupled with a quality product. Thank You for keeping my family on the road. More

great service if/when you can get in.. I am very happy with the services provided once I am able to get my truck in line/registered for service. However, it took 4 attempts of me stopping I am very happy with the services provided once I am able to get my truck in line/registered for service. However, it took 4 attempts of me stopping by to successfully leave it for service. Three times, I pulled into the service area only to see vehicles 3 to 4 deep in both lanes waiting to be checked in. I said to myself, "Well, I am unwilling to wait just to drop of my truck. I will come back later....." I am not sure what caused the holdup, but it sure seems to be systemic.... More

The sales person Jerome was great, but that was the end of the good. When they were prepping the car after the sale, they pulled the tint off the real window while removing the price sticker. We had to co of the good. When they were prepping the car after the sale, they pulled the tint off the real window while removing the price sticker. We had to come back a second time to get it fixed. The rental car smelled terrible and had a funk to it. The service crew was not friendly. When we picked up the title information for the car the first time, they wrote the wrong make on the paperwork. The second time I came in to pick up the corrected paper work, no one knew where the paperwork was kept. The third time I came in the nice girl at the switchboard had no clue waht I was talking about. Luckily she found it after a couple minutes of looking. As I said, Jerome was great. Everything else was second or third rate. More

I was very pleased with my experience. I wasn't convinced that buying a new car was something that made sense or that the process was something that i wanted to deal with. But the experience was better than that buying a new car was something that made sense or that the process was something that i wanted to deal with.
