Stan was very easy to work with remotely, since I was out-of-state, and when I arrived in-person, he was very pleasant and helpful with the RV. I definitely appreciated Woody's driving me from the airpor out-of-state, and when I arrived in-person, he was very pleasant and helpful with the RV. I definitely appreciated Woody's driving me from the airport to their dealership. When I pointed out a leak on the exterior shower, Stan worked to get it remedied before the purchase. I would have liked to have rated Woody's higher, however, they knew that the sewer hose leaked because they dumped the tanks before I picked it up, but neglected to fix it or even tell me. When I replied to their follow-up emails and let them know, I received no response from Stan or the general manager. The post-purchase experience was thus unsatisfactory. More
