Elk Grove Hyundai has consistently provided me with good service for my EV. Edgar was my support person for this service and kept me regularly updated on the status of my repair. I can’t imagine going to a service for my EV. Edgar was my support person for this service and kept me regularly updated on the status of my repair. The first time I brought our car in waited 2 hrs then told me they didnt have part! Almost took to another dealer but you called said you had the part so took it back in they did have part and waited aga told me they didnt have part! Almost took to another dealer but you called said you had the part so took it back in they did have part and waited again and got car back. If you do have more recalls make sure you have parts after we have made an appointment. But you do have a nice waiting room! More

My 2017 Hyundai Tucson engine light notified me of potential problems that should be resolved by Hyandai service team. I received great service and my car was ready within the timeframe provided. They even washed my which was a wonderful surprise. I will definitely go back to Elk Grove Hyundai for future service needs. I appreciate the service. Thank you! More
