Bought the full extend warranty for my car, told them I wanted everything under service plan. They then tried to charge me for what my warranty covered. The lady at the service center then tried to argue w wanted everything under service plan. They then tried to charge me for what my warranty covered. The lady at the service center then tried to argue with me and belittle me like I was the problem. I had to get out of work early to make my appointment, wasted my time. Now I have to go to Baxter cause I don’t trust these people anymore. They told me they would call me back to discuss the matter and never did. I would not recommend Beardmore for anything. More

My leased 2020 Ascent never drove the same after that "fix" for the transmission drive chain. Dave Schoonover was the first to really listen and understood my concerns. I test drove a 2022 Ascent that "fix" for the transmission drive chain. Dave Schoonover was the first to really listen and understood my concerns. I test drove a 2022 Ascent that had been "fixed", two 2023 Ascents and and a 2023 Outback with Dave, and they all drove the same as my Ascent; it wasn't shifting properly. I had voiced my concerns when I had to take the Ascent back for another recall and the Service Department basically dismissed it. I traded in the 2020 Ascent and left the Subaru family. I commend Dave for understanding my concerns and listening to me but in the end, I wasn't going to trust buying another Subaru until the transmission drive chain issue is resolved. More

No game of cat and mouse. I came in Saturday 06/17 at 5 pm and Both Tom and Jerry help get me into a new 2017 Subaru Impreza. I had previously came in on 06/04 with my fiance a I came in Saturday 06/17 at 5 pm and Both Tom and Jerry help get me into a new 2017 Subaru Impreza. I had previously came in on 06/04 with my fiance and she got into a new legacy. It wasn't hard to sell me on Subaru as I still own a 1998 Impreza Outback sport. I think both Jerry and Tom can tell you I am not the easiest to work with when it come to buying a new car but they did a great job and they will always have a customer when it comes time for me to get a new car. More

I went in with very low expectations on being able to get anything close to what I had, but Jerry seriously pulled through for me and got me into a better car (still brand spankin' new), and for a better price than I was already paying. This team they have out there is seriously the best. I will return for any future vehicle purchases and absolutely recommend friends, family, and anyone else in the market for a vehicle, to visit Beardmore Subaru. More

We told him what we had to work with and what we couldn't go over and Jerry worked his magic and made it happen. My fiancé and I couldn't be happier.
