Bill greeted me as soon as I got out of my vehicle. We took it for a test drive was patient while I went to get my trade in vehicle, unfortunately we were to far off on the trade in but was able to work out a price we could both agree on. Bill introduced me to Gerardo the manager who helped make the deal go through. After we agreed on price I met with Cody in finance who went over all the documents I need to sign and explained all the options regarding gap service warranty etc. no high pressure or trying to get you to buy something you don’t need. After all said and done Bill has put in a lot of effort to get me the rest of the keys for the truck and has kept in constant contact with me regarding their status. Currently has a tracking number so they are on the way. Overall when I am in the market for another vehicle I will definitely try to buy it from them. More
