- JohnFinance: Unresponsive to multiple voice messages. My salesman, Jerry, was friendly, but of absolutely zero help when I needed to address cuts/rips/tears in my leather upholstery that were apparently factory defects. I didn't have any direct contact with General Manager, Larry, however he seems to back his employees whether they are right or wrong. I sincerely wish I had spent my $50,000 elsewhere. I find it suspicious that only 5-star ratings are listed on DealerRater.

- Broncoz303This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Kuni, this being by far the best experience! 1st off I have to give all the credit a long with mad kudos to Mr. Jerry Johnson for making this deal happen. His expertise was incredible and his energy is unmatched! So cool, calm and collective. This man didn't flinch at anything I threw at him. He took everything in stride and always had a positive attitude. Like I mentioned earlier, his energy was amazing. This buying situation was different from any I have experienced in the past as I was shopping for a vehicle for my son, whom is out of state. This made the process a bit challenging at times, given our unique situation. Jerry was consistent the entire process. His communication was was key during this transaction. Giving this deal the attention it needed no matter if he was working or off. He dealt with me (not an easy task) and gave me nothing but respect and, once again, great energy. Through all the wheeling and dealing, he kept his word! I can attest that this man has INTEGRITY! It's not very often that you can say that about people, yet alone salespeople! Let's be real, Honda's sell themselves, so it wasn't so much about the car as it was the experience and the accommodations that Jerry and Kuni provided for my son. I highly recommend Mr. Jerry Johnson for the ultimate Honda or Car Buying Experience! I already gave him my word that I'm coming his way for round 2 (4 with Kuni)!! Thank you Mr. Johnson!!

"Easy, no pressure experience"
- PoohMy experience purchasing a new vehicle was made less stressful than expected at Kuni Honda. Everyone made me feel appreciated and spent as much time answering my questions as needed. I have always thought excellent customer service is what makes a business thrive. They have excellent customer service. My salesperson was Kelly Witzel and couldn’t be better. Anytime I have questions, he is more than helpful. He checks in with me often to make sure any questions I have are answered. Zach Townsend has been my tech guy and so helpful. I’m so grateful for his knowledge and willingness to help me. Kellan Deyo is my service advisor and more than competent to handle any issues that may arise. And very honest. I feel like they all have tried to get to know me more personally than I would have expected and that is a huge thing to me. My car is only a month old but I look forward to long positive relationships with this Honda family.
