I want to express my disappointment in the service provided in both the collision center and the auto rental service desk. Regarding the collision center , we dropped our vehicle off on 12/2 , and i provided in both the collision center and the auto rental service desk. Regarding the collision center , we dropped our vehicle off on 12/2 , and it took until 1/2 before the job was completed. The job was quoted to take no longer than 2-3 weeks but I was never updated and had to contact the collision center. Regarding the rental area, when my wife dropped off the vehicle she was informed she would have to walk up to the center as there was no one available to drive her up there since those people had left for the day at 4:00, even though you were open until 5:30. This extremely poor customer service! More
