He and all of the other employees and managers were very friendly, honest, and not pushy in any way. The sticker prices we looked at were below KBB, and they are very fair in their negotiations. We live in Noblesville, about an hour from the dealership, and this will be the first Honda dealership we come to from now on (even though there are two Honda dealers much closer to us). More
