This was my first time at the service center. I was very impressed with their attentiveness and friendly service. A comment about what the person wrote about the silliness of the salesmen. I thought it was nice the salesmen acted as a team and seemed to enjoy each other’s company. They acted professional while we were there. I would definitely buy another vehicle at Honda of Great Falls. More

I bought a car from them and the next day the heated seats went out and they are trying to charge me $1,000 plus to fix it. They knew the seats had problems already and they still sold me the car and re seats went out and they are trying to charge me $1,000 plus to fix it. They knew the seats had problems already and they still sold me the car and refuse to fix it unless I pay. They are crooks and I will not be going back. More

everything was going well, and then Jesse came out and said I could use a new air filter and wiper blades, he didn't tell me the air filter was not an in store product and that I'd have to wait another ha said I could use a new air filter and wiper blades, he didn't tell me the air filter was not an in store product and that I'd have to wait another half hour for it to be delivered and that it would be $13 dollars more than he quoted me, other than that, all is good More
