I had a 2020 Ford Ranger prior to meeting Jesse and Carlos at MK Smith. On August 18 I must have went to 4-5 different dealerships to see if they can buy my truck out and help me out with obtaining a larger truck which I’ve been wanting and it only seemed I was going in circles and nobody wanted to help me or gain my business. However, when I arrived at MK Smith and spoke to Carlos and Jesse they made sure not only did I get what I wanted for my trade in but they made sure I got the truck I wanted with the payment I was looking for as well! These guys worked extremely hard and stayed at the dealership till nearly midnight when I made my purchase and I appreciate all their hard work and how kind they were to really do everything they could to help me and it’s because of them I ended up with a 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 RST! Jesse Gutierrez Is an unscrupulous sales person. His commitment to customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced at a dealership. He lied about having access to a vehicle that he sent me documentation on. He led me to believe that I would have the vehicle to me in a couple of days only to find out he was lying all along. He provided me with the ViN as if he had the car on its way. Well it never came and he did not have the decency to inform me that he could not get it nor tell me who had the vehicle. I had to search the internet to locate the exact vehicle he told me he had was at a dealership in San Diego. Don’t believe a word he says. He is the worst salesman and I will be informing GM of his unscrupulous practices. More
