I received a call from Mr. Olguin and it was the best thing that could ever happen. We purchased 2 new cars from Reliable with excellent service. Jesse O. was very attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle after mine was totalled in an accident that weekend. My old car was absolutely everything I was very attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle after mine was totalled in an accident that weekend. My old car was absolutely everything I wanted and needed for my personal and business use so it was devastating to loose it. Jesse went above and beyond, showing me multiple vehicles, he even helped me measure the cargo space in each one to make sure it would hold my existing traveling totes for my business trade shows. He was very considerate about my time and budget. I went in thinking there was absolutely NO way I would find a new vehicle. I wanted very specific things for my new vehicle and it was a very high bar to meet as I'm incredibly particular when it comes to my cars. They had just gotten in this amazing Explorer, it wasn't fully preped yet, he had to get special permission to show it to me. I didn't really want an SUV, which is why he didn't suggest it first, but the more options he went over with me, the more I warmed up to it. He asked if I would be okay with just looking at an SUV if it hit all the other marks on my list, and I figured it wouldn't hurt. This Explorer hit everything on my list of needs/must haves. I truly never thought I would end up in an SUV, let alone a Ford, and definitely didn't think I would find anything I liked even remotely. The V6 engine was a huge selling point for me (I detest 4 cylinders but newer vehicles rarely have V6 anymore, especially cars). The Explorer is a fantastic size. It is the about the same width as my old Malibu and just a smidge longer than it, the only difference is that it sits up higher. The medium size with the V6 engine makes it feel like I'm driving my Malibu again. I couldn't be happier. Had Jesse not gone above and beyond to really take the time to get a feel for exactly what I was looking for (other than another 04-06 Malibu LS) I would never have found this Explorer. He truly listened to me, didn't try to convince me settle for something else. Him putting himself out there with his manager to get special permission to show me that Explorer really meant alot to me. If he didn't take that initiative I wouldn't have my new vehicle. Jesse, Darren, Josh, and Mike went above and beyond with making sure they could get my fiance and I into the Explorer at a monthly payment we were comfortable with. I am disabled so we live mostly on my fiances job which income fluctuates. We wouldn't have been able to afford it normally, but they worked really hard to get the loan down to a comfortable price for us. I don't think anywhere else would have done that for us. They even put new brakes and tires on for us at no extra cost and filled the gas tank completely. My fiance originally wasn't going to drive it much after her accident but has fallen in love with it and is very comfortable driving again. We are both incredibly happy and can't thank Jesse enough for his help and true consideration of what I wanted. More
