To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership. I brought my truck in for two specific issues: a factory airbag recall and a extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership. I brought my truck in for two specific issues: a factory airbag recall and a faulty blinker switch that was affecting my windshield wipers. My experience with your staff was frustrating and unprofessional. I was also overcharged on my final bill by $35, which included charges that I believe were unwarranted. Ultimately, the work was not completed correctly, and my truck is still not working as it should. I now have to take it to another dealership to get the problem resolved, which is a significant inconvenience and a waste of my valuable time. I have already shared my experience in a Google review to warn other potential customers. I regret not checking the reviews before my visit, as I now see that many others have had similar negative experiences. I hope to hear from someone from your team to discuss this matter. More
