I personally will never come to this shop again. I brought my car in to check the transmission service light and they did a full inspection which was fine. They called me like two hours later and t I brought my car in to check the transmission service light and they did a full inspection which was fine. They called me like two hours later and told me it was spark plugs (that they quoted for $338), and a belt (quoted at $262). When I had asked for pictures they sent one and said they couldn’t get the other ones because of the position of the parts. I did my own research and found out there was a recall so I asked if they could check that out and they told me there wasn’t. I called another dealership and they confirmed there was a recall and it caused the problems I was having with my car. I paid $200 for the inspection and they tried to get another $600 to fix a problem they should have fixed for free if they hadn’t lied about the recall More
