Service for oil changes has been good. My dealings with Mark have always been good if not great. Dealings with Jesse on the other hand on warranty work have been nothing short of terrible. Does not call back, does not call when your vehicle is ready, tells me he can’t find the parts but I call another dealership and they can, can’t give me loaner vehicle, has my truck for three weeks and was still not fixed after he said it was. The list goes on. It’s actually quite pitiful! More

It was a good experience. The only two things I was disappointed about was the rust stains in the rails of the bed of the truck and not getting a full tank of gas prior to lea The only two things I was disappointed about was the rust stains in the rails of the bed of the truck and not getting a full tank of gas prior to leaving. That was the 1st time and 1st dealership ever that did not give me a full tank of fuel after buying a vehicle. More
