Purchasing a car from Mercedes-Benz of OKC was a great experience. Top tier service! After a simple email query about the availability of a car I promptly received a custom video walk thru from Michael de experience. Top tier service! Once I arrived at the dealership later that day I was met by Michael and Derek who had the car ready. There was no pushy sales pitch just facts and details because the car sold itself. Derek was very knowledgeable about ever aspect of the car. He was quick to answer all the questions I threw at him. Working with Jerremy in the finance department his knowledge and professionalism made the transaction easy and painless. The week after purchasing the car I had the pleasure to experience working with the service department. I was getting the car tinted, 3m film applied and ceramic coated. Jesse kept me informed through the whole process and the turn around time was fantastic. When I got the car back it looked better than new. They even spotlessly cleaned the inside. Everything was perfect! Professional, knowledgeable and customer satisfaction across the board. Let’s be honest a Mercedes isn’t cheap but this team does not overlook any detail! Even their coffee is superb! I would like to thank the whole Mercedes-Benz team for their hard work and attention to detail! More

Jesse Thayne was very rude and unfriendly. I drove 30 miles to drop off car. He lectured and argued with me for about minutes and I left without getting my car fixed. I will never be back. I plan on buy miles to drop off car. He lectured and argued with me for about minutes and I left without getting my car fixed. I will never be back. I plan on buying a new MB as soon as I get this one fixed and sell it. I will travel to Dallas where they will treat me like a human being. Unless you have a brand new car I would not use their Service Department. More

I brought in my 2016 C300 to Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City at the end of June 2020. I worked with Jesse Thayne and he was excellent. The process to get the work completed on my car ended up taking a few weeks, but Jesse called me and kept me in the loop every few days until my vehicle was complete. Service Department Had few issues with my car, called and made an appointment. Don’t like to take it in for one single thing because i have a busy schedule. When I met the service advisor there, first thing he said “you have a long list” and then he went on to tell me about normal tear and wear, as if he was lecturing me. He was disrespectful on multiple levels. I am a MB type of a person and that was the first time I encountered such a poor service from MB. More
