We worked with Jesse to purchase a used Hyundai Santa Fe. He was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, calm and honest. When we did end up talking numbers, there were no mandatory add-ons like we've experienced with other dealers. Just tax, title and license and a clean and honest out the door price. I am also surprised at the other low star reviews I see here. I honestly got a good vibe and fairness from Jesse, his manager and others at Jidd. Brandon who works in finance was also a pleasure and honest. Car shopping is not a fun process ever. But Jesse, Brandon and his colleagues made it smooth. More

First impression of this dealership was great. I purchased a 2025 vehicle from this dealership and within seven days all types of lights on the dash ignited.I called and spoke to my salesperson Je I purchased a 2025 vehicle from this dealership and within seven days all types of lights on the dash ignited.I called and spoke to my salesperson Jessie which informed me they would take care of it and to bring in in Friday. However, I Took the vehicle to the BMW dealership, they did a diagnostic of the vehicle took videos pictures all of that and upon looking at the video, they pointed out damage to the rear tire rods, which is the reason my stabilization chasis and drivetrain lights were illuminated. The advisor advised me that this damage would not be covered under warranty because it was DAMAGE and that the damage was so perfect and aligned that it was more than likely from tow hooks. I have not got the vehicle towed, I only used it to commute to and from work, I barely even driven the car. I called jidd motors Mitsubishi/Volume cars LLC back to explain this but however I was shut out and told that I would have to basically figure it out on my own even though they are well aware that this vehicle has been like this. I requested they’re service check as HAMZA the sales manager called it but he claimed they don’t do pictures and videos of the underbody like any other service center at a dealership does. I will get to the bottom of this for sure because there’s no way I just purchased this vehicle and already have to put over $2200 worth of work into it. Last but not least, they need that sales manager HAMZA was very rude to the point he clicked in my face! Do better because I’m not done writing reviews and reaching out to corporate for both Mitsubishi and volume carsLLC! More
