I guess car buying has changed dramatically since I last bought a car. I walked in expecting to meet with the individual I'd spoken with online,, only to find he's seated in South Carolina.. Very odd and un bought a car. I walked in expecting to meet with the individual I'd spoken with online,, only to find he's seated in South Carolina.. Very odd and uncomfortable. There was zero potential to negotiate the price. I believe my time was wasted in negotiating the trade in value of my car. I'm not stupid enough to believe that there was any sort of background deal going on on my behalf. It was all just some game for dramatic effect. The car I drove away with was FILTHY inside and out. No new car customer should have to get a car home, only to spend time cleaning it. The next day I turned it on and got a whiff of antifreeze, which means it was overfilled or it has a leak or engine problem. That was concerning. No settings were cleared out of the navigation screen, no time was taken by anyone to share anything about the vehicle, there was a stray wire harness thrown in the back - that which we had to investigate to find out what it was and now fix it ourselves. Just overall - no warm fuzzies. More

EchoPark had what I had been looking for at a very competitive price so it didn't bother me that it's a "no haggle" dealership. Plus, they took care of us when we had to wait for the vehicle to be tes competitive price so it didn't bother me that it's a "no haggle" dealership. Plus, they took care of us when we had to wait for the vehicle to be test driven. Good experience and I'm happy with my vehicle. More
